I was commissioned to create a series of yoga illustrations for YoPo, an online wellbeing portal offering movement, mindfulness, and lifestyle resources for workplace wellness programs. The content targets desk workers and others in sedentary roles, with suggestions designed to fit into the working day. Many take a minute or less.
