This tension drove the explainer video I created for HUDSY, a Hudson Valley startup dedicated to empowering local creators. HUDSY provides a platform for sharing local stories, fostering inclusion, and building community connections. The video's goal was to show how HUDSY helps creatives thrive through collaboration and mutual support — reflecting the strength of a truly united community.
Character Design
The characters were designed to reflect the full diversity of Hudson Valley residents. Drawing on illustrations I'd developed for a previous HUDSY screening poster, I expanded the roster into a wide-ranging cast representing all walks of life.
