Inspired by an iconic Woody Pirtle poster, I collaborated with Scenic Hudson — a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the Hudson River and its surrounding landscapes — to develop a cohesive visual identity for the launch of stoptheplant.org. The work spanned both static and animated imagery in support of a platform that served as a virtual rallying point against the proposed Danskammer power plant on the Hudson River in New York's Mid-Hudson region. Danskammer formally withdrew its application to build the plant in June 2024.

Woody Pirtle
Woody Pirtle is an acclaimed American graphic designer known for bold, thought-provoking posters and a career-long commitment to social and environmental causes. With his generous permission, I adapted one of his designs — originally created for the Stop St. Lawrence Cement protest movement — for the campaign against the proposed Danskammer power plant.
