NYU Langone needed a way to explain the heart and spine to patients clearly, accurately, and without losing them in medical jargon. The solution: two operator-style manuals modeled on car owner's guides. I developed an icon system, technical diagrams, infographics, and full-page illustrations, working directly with doctors and surgeons to verify every visual for accuracy.
